Why have irrigation? It rains for free!
An irrigation system allows the homeowner to have full control over when and where their property is watered with options for automation. An automatic irrigation system ensures the homeowner won't need to waste time, money or water on manually watering their property and landscaping.
How expensive is irrigation?
Irrigation pricing varies depending on the scope of the work. The installation of a full residential irrigation system typically ranges in price from $10,000.00-$25,000.00. Pricing depends on the size of the property that requires irrigation, the landscaping design and on the service area of the property. An irrigation system adds value to your home, saves you time and it conserves water by running on a timer/control.

What is the spring start up service? Why should I have Priority Irrigation perform the service?
In the spring, one of our skilled technicians will visit your property and will start up the irrigation system using a small submersible pump. After the irrigation system is running, the technician will complete an assessment of the entire irrigation system and will identify any problematic issues that would prevent your turf and landscape from thriving during the grow season.
How do you winterize an irrigation system? Why should I have Priority Irrigation perform the service?
An irrigation system is winterized in the fall by utilizing a small air compressor hooked up to a faucet on your irrigation system to blow air through the lines. One of our skilled technicians will go through each zone individually to make sure all water is cleared from the lines, opens the drains and will remove the plugs from the pump to prevent freeze damage. Priority Irrigation LLC guarantees your pump and piping won't freeze after the winterization date or we will make it right.
